The Hill will provide an attraction for sledding in the winter and act as a venue for concerts and events off-season.
The Health & Wellness trail for walking and exercise will seamlessly connect with the Sangamon River Bridge Trail—the perfect way to enjoy the scenes of the naturalized lake network and native prairie vegetation.
The water feature will be an extension of the Sangamon River and provide an area for a variety of recreational activities.
The Drop-Off Plaza will connect to the Pedestrian Promenade walkway to the diamonds, the First Responders Playground and ample parking for visitors as well as a location for food trucks.
