Park Plans

Located in Monticello, Oberheim Park is a multi-sport and recreation complex that will serve as a regional destination for tournaments and events in central Illinois and surrounding areas, creating a substantial economic impact on the region for years to come.

The park plans address Monticello Recreation Foundation’s long term vision planning needs by providing refined urban recreational solutions after a decade of research including—a community impact study, outreach sessions, and a recreational needs assessment.

Current renderings are conceptual and are subject to change as the project develops.
